Orange provide great coverage and a variety of billing plans to suit all needs, as well as a good range of handsets. Their levels of customer service have always been very good in the past but they have let themselves down recently by their decision to move their billing queries abroad - the line is terrible and the service poor. Their insurance plan, "Care", also needs reviewing as customers pay ?5 per month but have to pay an excess of ?15 per claim!

I have been with Orange for the past year, I find them to have excellent customer service. I do have a slight issue with the coverage in the area that I live but this is only a minor problem. Generally happy though.

I've been an Orange pay as you go customer for a few years and I recently changed over to a pay monthly contract. I managed to get a great deal on a handset and I found the customer service to be excellent. No complaints from me!
